Candidate Scrutiny:

Candidate scrutiny is a key part of our operations. Alliance ensures this process is thorough and careful. We have expert consultants for:

  • Personality assessment
  • Language skills (fluency)
  • Basic tests to evaluate social skills

These initial evaluations filter out many candidates. The next phase tests the skills needed for the job, focusing on technical aspects of the vacancy. These include:

  • Preliminary written tests.
  • Specialized Tests for all trades and industry.

Apart from these in-house testing facilities, Alliance has a contract with the local government recognized technical institutes, which allows access to technical facilities.
